They call it a teaser...

We're back!

Yes, we eventually managed to escape Switzerland, its chocolate, its cheese and its below zero wheather and we're back in Atlanta, with its mosquitoes, its above ninety wheather and its traffic (Why, but why, did we come back?). No seriously, as soon as mom gets over the flight (which was perfeclty fine) the jet-lag and all the things she feels she has to do before the end of the month, we might be able to show you some pictures of my two teeth (which is really all you want to see) and update you on some of our little friends (like Maddie or Levi, or Barritt). For now, just know that everything is well and that we enjoy being able to use a pool again. Maybe that's why we came back. For the people we left behind, yes, we miss you much (boy, is it hard when it's only mom and dad to take care of us...).

Welcome!

Cher Levi James Robertson,

On t'embrasse bien fort, Gabriel.

Happy Half Birthday!

Today, I'm six months old. I'm also wearing my first pair of jeans ever. I eat potatoes, carrots, apples, bananas and mommy's milk. I also still wake up once during the night to drink said milk. I think it's a pretty good result for a half year of existence.

Ps: As you can tell, I also learned how to use a swing. The scared look is deceptive; it's just because mami is not quick enough with the camera to catch my smiles!

This might be a one time event...

On this blog, you've been pretty much used to see me, and my brother. I know that we're a source of endless admiration. But did you know that we're actually connected to a whole lot of other people? I discovered this once, at a "little" celebration in honor of my baptism. There were like 25 people there, all oohing and aahing over me (well, I was wearing one of my prettiest dress, and ... a pair of shoes. The fabulous life again!). These people however just kind of came and went. Since then, I have discovered that there is a little cell (one might call it a clan) that gravitates around us, at least where we're on this side of the ocean (where the temperatures are not insanely hot, and the humidity stays where it's supposed to be, that is in the pool). Of course, there's Ama, Apa and Glocki (aka great grand mother), but they've become regular features. I even let them hold me without crying or looking surprised. And then there's a bunch of uncles, aunts and even an "almost" zio. They all like me, and Gabriel. And there all a lot of fun.
So here you have them all at once, my mami, my papa, Aunt Sarah, Godmother Virginie, Godfather Florian and Zio Patrick (yeah, I know, I'm actually not on the picture; it's called bed time. Rats.), and, for good measure, I'll even throw in a picture of me and Glocki. What a staff (by the way, aunts and uncles, please come back from vacation... I feel slightly neglected, with only 4 people taking care of me full time).

Nap Time - Fun Time

I am trying to discover what this bouncy seat is made of... but I just noticed that my giraffe walked away with no warning...

"Giraffe, what do you think you are doing?"

Oh... I'm not supposed to yell at my toys like that it seems.

Perhaps the fabulous life is for me after all...

et fin...

Taxi, please take me to my mom...I'm getting a little hungry and this hand doesn't taste too good.

Taxis are very laid back in Provence. I think it probably was casual Friday at the office... But my seat is pretty comfortable, I have to say.

And here are a couple of pictures of our dwellings in South of France.

This will be (hopefully) a festival of pictures...On compense pour toutes les semaines sans aucune image!

Eating carrots is a full-time job...and very tiring at this.

Papa is back and I'm getting reacquainted with him. He's still as comfortable as I remember!

Summer... oh so many discoveries. This really is the best of time.

Yes, I do look like I'm in a cage. But don't be deceived, no mosquitoes will get to me there. It's pretty comfy, if a little lonely.
(PS: I will tell Dad to be more careful with the cord of the camera in the future...)

A couple of pictures...

... so you can get re-acquainted with us. As you can see we're doing rather well. My sister is just growing and I'm making lots of new friends. Here I am with Florence (who also hangs out with Miriam), my mami's best friend from forever.
Now that the camera is back, we'll hopefully report more regularly on our daily lives, although we're leaving on Monday for South of France, and there's no internet connection there!

We're (almost) on again

Haha! We found a camera. It arrived today. It is charging. Soon it will take pictures of me throwing pureed carrots a little bit everywhere. Be prepared. We will return, with a vengeance.

Toujours pas de photos...

Still no pictures in this land of frozeness (not sure that is a word... again I'm only four months old). I'm discovering that not all countries are experimenting temperatures in the nineties. In fact, here they often live in the thirties or fourties. I don't really mind it (my mami knows how to wrap that blanket around my feet like no one else) but I do mourn all my pretty summer dresses that are sitting in my closet. There's also a thing called a swimming pool, but I have no clues as to what it is even though my brother fell into it, and it seems to involve a lot of wetness. They say it's still too cold for me, so my activities remain more of the same: "Buvez, éliminez". I'm also trying to sit up. Perhaps when we have a camera I'll be able to demonstrate for you. Hope all is well where it's always warm.

Where are we?

After the mighty achievement of destroying our backyard, it seems like the next logical step was to bring project-destruction to a close. Yes, we had thought about it.
Unfortunately the parent team was quicker to act. They transported us in a far far away land where they seem to have lots of allies called uncles, ants, grandparents and even great-grandparents, eager to teach us good behavior. They also possess great resources of chocolate and cheese to bribe us with. I do not know if they will be able to tame us, but we definitely are in a dangerous situation.
Besides, there seems to be no camera to record our daily occupations, a further difficulty that we need to cope with. We will see if we can give you news of our progress soon. The house in Alpharetta might be safe, but we might still be able to create some trouble here in the land of cows and great mountains.

I've been busy...

Perhaps you thought that the project destruction was a thing of the past... HAHAHA... think again!

My first dress

Sometimes I just get tired of that monster business, and I become the adorable little girl I'm supposed to be.
